There are several that apply to Pizza, depending on your role:
• ServSafe Food Handler – Entry-level certificate covering basic food safety.
• ServSafe Manager – More in-depth; often required for shift leaders or managers.
• ServSafe Allergens – Training on allergen awareness and cross-contact prevention.

• Study the official ServSafe manual for your exam type (Manager, Handler, etc.).
• Take practice tests to get familiar with the format and watch YouTube videos.
• Review key areas: time/temperature control, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, cleaning, and food safety regulations.

Yes! ServSafe offers online exams. However:
• Some exams must be proctored (like the ServSafe Manager exam).
• Be sure to sign up using the link above. Some classes will require in-person testing.

• Nibble Nation Confirmation email.
• A quiet place, computer, and webcam (if testing online with a proctor).

Yes! You’ll receive a digital certificate via email. You can also download it anytime from your ServSafe account. If you take the class at one of our Nibble Nation Offices you can receive a printed copy.

Don’t worry! You can retake the test—rules vary by state, but generally:
• You may retest immediately or after 24 hours.
• You will need to pay for the retake with a 3rd party proctor.
• You may receive a pay and/or role demotion.

• We provide you with a study textbook
• Third-party prep sites also offer practice exams.
• Youtube is a great resource.

Yes. We will compensate you for the study class and testing time on the day of testing. Non-passing grades will be paid for the day but will need to pass a class on their own and at their own expense.
