Everything DiSC® Workplace® is an assessment-based learning experience that engages each participant in building more effective relationships at work.
It teaches people to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate the different behavioral preferences and tendencies each person brings to the workplace.
Using personalized insights and actionable strategies, team mebers learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall culture of our organization.
Meet Amanda

Amanda wears many hats and not only as
serves as our Human Resources Director
but also as our Office Administrator.
Having previously served the State of Florida Reemployment Assistance Office as an Adjudicator & Auditor, Amanda brings a wealth of employment & labor law experience to our team.
As an Everything DiSC Workplace® Certified facilitator, Amanda is able to leverage dynamic presentations, engaging videos, and a wide variety of teaching tools to help everyone in our organization build more productive and effective relationships at work. Our goal is for Everything DiSC Workplace® to drive conversation by giving people a common language and space to bridge the gap in building relationships and solving conflict, even if it's over the phone, through email, or via video call.
